INSTANT ACCESS FOR LOCAL AGENCY OWNERS

Let an AI agent do the cold outreach you keep putting off.

Agent SDR is a complete training plus a ready-made Grokbot agent. It finds local businesses, writes each one a personal email, and follows up for you. You step in when someone writes back.

FROM THE LIVE WORKSHOP

Here's what happened when agency owners got their hands on it.

We set up Agent SDR live with a group of agency owners. These are things they said during the session.

"Oh my god, this actually feels like cheating."

Workshop attendee

Said while the agent turned researched businesses into personal emails, sitting in Gmail and ready to review.

"This is not a tool. This is a foundation for an agency. And the backbone is strong."

Brian

Said as the setup came together.

"I've used Lemlist for years. Great solution here."

Steve

Steve came in with years of cold email experience.

"Strong product guys, what we expect from you all. Thanks. Nicely done."

Greg

Said near the end, after watching the full setup.

You're great at marketing and you hate selling it.

You already know how to help a local business. Websites, ads, reviews, you've got that part down.

Getting in front of a new business owner is a different story.

Most agency owners we talk to would rather do almost anything else. Sending a cold email feels pushy. Networking meetings are awkward, and walking into a shop to introduce yourself is worse.

So it doesn't get done. Not this week, and probably not next week either.

And when nobody's reaching out, no new clients come in. It doesn't matter how good your work is if the business owner down the street has never heard of you.

You're good at this. You've just been avoiding the part that brings in clients.

It's easy to hide in client work.

When was the last time you reached out to a business you didn't already know?

If you had to think about it, you're in good company. Most small agency owners we talk to stay buried in client work. They tweak a site that was already fine, or redo a report nobody asked for.

It feels productive, and it's a lot safer than emailing a stranger.

The trouble is that client work only keeps the clients you already have. It was never going to bring in a new one.

We're not judging. Almost every agency owner we talk to does some version of this.

What if the cold part wasn't your job?

Say you had an AI agent doing the first part for you.

It looks up local businesses in your town and reads up on each one. Then it writes the owner a short, personal email from you. If they don't answer, it checks back in.

You never have to stare at a blank email or brace for a "no."

By the time you're involved, somebody has already written back. That's a much easier conversation to have.

The agent does the cold part. You take over when it's warm.

You get an agent and the training to run it.

The agent does the outreach. The training is where we help you get it running.

A ready-made AI agent

It's a bot template you install in your own Grokbot account. Grokbot runs in the cloud, so your agent keeps working when your laptop is closed.

A step-by-step training

You watch the setup, step by step, and follow along at your own pace.

SDR stands for sales development rep. At bigger companies, that's the person who does the first outreach. Here it's an agent.

What your agent does for you

Finds your leads.

It can look up local businesses on Google Maps and their websites. Or you can hand it a list you already have.

Fills in the blanks.

If your list is missing phone numbers, websites, or owner names, it can look those up.

Does its homework.

It reads up on each business before it writes a word.

Writes every email.

Each one is written for that one business and mentions something real about it. Nobody gets a copy-and-paste blast.

Sends from your Gmail.

The emails come from you, during normal business hours.

Follows up.

If someone doesn't answer, it sends a polite nudge on the schedule you pick.

Watches for replies.

When someone writes back, you'll know. That's your cue to step in.

Stops when asked.

If someone says stop, it stops for good.

Never doubles up.

It won't email the same business twice.

Shows you everything.

A simple drag-and-drop board shows who was contacted, who replied, and who's due for a follow-up.

You stay in charge until you don't want to be.

You're probably wondering if a bot is going to send something dumb with your name on it. That's a fair worry, so nothing goes out until you've seen how it writes.

1

Practice run

The agent writes three sample emails and sends none of them. You give it notes, and it rewrites until the emails sound like you.

2

Draft mode

The agent finds leads and writes emails each day. You read each one and say yes or no.

3

Hands-off mode

Once you trust it, let it run. It finds, writes, sends, and follows up in the background.

Your never-say list. Tell it what to never say, like prices or promises. It sticks to that.

A slow start. It begins with a few emails a day and grows slowly, with your okay.

You don't have to be techy to set this up.

Most cold email tools feel like you need a computer science degree to set them up. This one is a chat.

The agent asks you plain questions, one at a time. Things like what your agency is called and what you want to offer first.

You answer, and it builds the rest from what you tell it.

If you can talk about your own agency, you can set this up.

11 short steps. One question at a time.

You can set it up the day you buy it.

The moment you check out, everything unlocks. The agent, the training, the bonuses, all of it.

The training walks you through the whole setup while you follow along, one step at a time.

The plan is for you to finish with your agent set up and your practice run done.

What you get

  • The full Agent SDR training
  • The Agent SDR bot template for your own Grokbot account
  • The Agency Playbook: Build Your Client Acquisition Machine

A series where we build client acquisition systems for real agencies from scratch. You watch the market, the offer, the prospect list, the outreach, and the follow-up get built, then install the same system in your own agency.

  • A complimentary Leadsly account

Your new Agent SDR is only as good as the leads it has to reach out to. Connect Leadsly to your Agent SDR and keep it supplied with fresh leads to reach out to on your behalf.

  • The Warm Reply Playbook

Agent SDR will help you get local businesses replying, but then what? The Warm Reply Playbook tells you what to say when someone responds, so a reply turns into a conversation.

You also walk away knowing your way around Grokbot. It can do a lot more than outreach, and once you've set up one agent, you have a head start on the next one.

Read this before you buy.

What it costs to run

Grokbot is a separate tool with its own bill, and it isn't included in the price of this training. Plan on about $30 to $100 a month depending on how much you use it. Some people will wince at that. We'd just point out that it comes to about one to three dollars a day, and right now nobody is doing your outreach at any price. If you want the agent to look up businesses for you, it uses a tool called Apify. You may need your own Apify account, which may have its own cost. If you bring your own list, you can skip Apify.

What we don't promise

We don't promise replies, calls, or clients. We can't control who writes back, and anyone who says they can is guessing. What we can do is show you how to set up a system that does the outreach you've been skipping.

Don't make this your only plan

We wouldn't rely on this alone to grow an agency, and we don't suggest you do either. Think of it as the thing running in the background while you're out doing everything else. It gets you away from your computer so you can go to the networking meeting or teach a lunch and learn at the Chamber.

Who this is for, and who it isn't

This is for you if

  • You run a small agency with a handful of clients, or none yet.
  • You know you should be prospecting, and you're not.
  • You want outreach that sounds like a person wrote it.
  • You're fine starting small and building up.

This is not for you if

  • You want to blast thousands of emails.
  • You want a promise of clients.
  • You won't talk to people once they reply.

Save your seat.

Questions you might have

Right now, nobody is doing your outreach.

You've been meaning to get to it, probably for a while now, and next week never seems to be the week.

So let's get it running today. After that it keeps going in the background while you get back to the work you're good at.
